Just tried it out...

Using a magrider with AP and level 5 enhanced reload speed, it takes:
Vs Lighting tank: 4 shots from the front, which takes 6 seconds
From the back it takes 2 shots, which takes 3 seconds

Vs Vanguard tank: 6 shots from the front which takes 10-10.5 seconds
From the back it takes 3 shots, and 5 seconds

Using a Vanguard with AP and level 5 enhanced reload speed, it takes
Vs Lightning: 4 shots from the front and 7 seconds
from the back it takes 2 shots, and 3 seconds

vs Magrider: From the front it takes 5 shots and 10 seconds
From the back it takes 3 shots and 5.5-6 seconds

Using a Prowler tank with AP and level 5 enhanced reload speed, it takes:
Vs Lighting tank: 6 shots from the front, which takes 5 seconds
From the back it takes 3 shots, which takes 3 seconds

Vs Vanguard tank: 9 shots from the front which takes 9 seconds
From the back it takes 5 shots, and 5 seconds

So yeah...
