SOE help not letting me GET HELP

I am sorry but I dont know where to post this. Normally my Planetside2 would auto login but all of a sudden it tells me to log in. I try and it says incorrect and after a second go I check I have the right station name (which I did) and then reset my password, still no luck. I notice they have a support thread so I look for solace there but I need an account to post there, no biggy, I try to make a new one still no. Eventually there is a page telling me about making a temp account but it has as of yet refused to work and without it there is no way for me to recover my account. Any advice is welcomed to stop me killing my monitor right now.

Sounds like you may be having connection issues. You could try resetting your modem/router/network adapter.

What Ailos said, also, check that any AV program or firewall isn't blocking PS2 and your Internet browser.
