Magrider Space Program

It all started one day when assaulting Vanu Archives, our tankers did not want to abandon their Magriders so they decided to get them onto Vanu Archives to help in the fight, never mind by the time they got them up there the fight was over they actually did it. Then one of our most experienced tankers, Cactuz, told us you can launch your magriders vertically off the Crown. We all scoffed at him until we tried it.

Next step is to land them on the Crown then find other slopes we can turn Mags into bloated Scythes on haha.

I thought this might have been done prior to Higbys notes on Magrider Maneuverability but I see the Harasser up there as well at Vanu Archives so its definitely after.

I think it has something to do with the terrain type rather than the Mag itself.

I somewhat have to agree with the last commenter. Rak was able to do something similar with a harrasser.

However, think about the Scythe Lore for a minute. Wasn't the Scythe orginally developed when a researcher tried to improve the magriders booster and died in the process? Makes you wonder if that Lore was due to a PS1 alpha launch bug.
