JJ or Drifters

Wanted to get a quick survey of what you guys prefer using after the drifter update and why.

If I knew how to make the little poll I would, but I'm guessing that's just a moderator thing.

I am pretty torn between the two now. From my work the speed increase isnt that much but it feels like more. When I put the drifters on I seem to see so many places where the regulars would be handy but when I go to regular JJ though I miss the speed.

I have both, usually I have equipped the jump jets but if I need to I switch to drifter jets.

Its good to have both maxed.

JJ are more useful tactically. They let you adapt to any situation and around structure going vertical is a big deal.

Drifter are fun. You have to adapt your goals the drifters however much much moreso than JJ. they can do so extremely cool stuff though if you plan ahead.
The new ground skating is fun but not particularly useful - the real power of drifters is in the air.

Both. Primarily use JJ when assaulting a tower or base where height is an advantage.

Drifters when defending, especially towers. If there is a sunderer sitting a ways out even level 3 drifters will get you over it with enough hover time to C4 the bastard.

I used the Drifter a bit but it didn't really fall in love with it. Still rocking my infiltrator and when I play LA the standard jump jets.

i am actually starting of thinking to get it when i had a quick assessment of my play style with LA, i might make a LA class dedicated to the drifters. might call it tank destroyer, because i found myself flying from higher hights to drop C4 on tanks, and the jumpjets aren't that great at that, although it would sacrifice my versatility in infantry combat.

You can *skate* around with drifters, so put a laser sight on your SMG and circle your prey >
