I don't know the names of all of 'em but I have at least two camos for each of the different envrions, Desert, Snow, Jungle/Grassy areas. I've more for the green areas because of the changes to some of the camo's that I've purchased that made them brighter in color.
I buy them to either A: buy me a split second of confusion or B: to look badass. |

I bought Digital Camo Bundle. I always liked Digital camo in most games I played and have an option to use it.
It's just that, I just find it awesome. Digital camo pattern is just awesome in my eyes. |

I have a camouflage for each environment that I bought a few months ago. Of course, this seemed like a reasonable thing to do to gain a tactical advantage. However, over time don't think that going all white on Esamir, for example, helps as much as I had originally thought it would.
Over time I've found that camouflage that helps obscure team identity is more practical. Therefore, the giraffe camouflage is good for confusing the NC and some of the darker hued NC camouflage patterns help confuse the Vanu. These colors can give you that extra second or two you need in some cases. |

i only use the loyal soldier camo i got for free.
and only because it clearly shows the faction colors. i think the cosmetics shop has totally killed the art style of the whole game. and what´s even worse, the camos made the already bad FFI in the game worse. having to spot every player before i can place a safe shot without risk of a teamkill is just plain stupid. especially with NS armor and helmets coming up now. if i play the game again, i will shoot at everything that moves and doesn´t identify as NC by showing lots of blue. but even this doesn´t help, because the vs purple totally looks like nc blue in ps2. so everybody with a fishhead ns helmet will be shot at, because the helmets were the only thing i could identify a vs on.

Most of my camos I bought because I was searching for ones I liked. As it turned out, I use Clover most of all, I got it because it was going to be more unique (due to limited availability) and it also was really dark and green, good for Amerish, nighttime anywhere, and many areas on Indar. For Esamir, I have a white-grey-black camo, rocky tundra I think, whichever one isn't super bright white. I bought it for functionality. All the rest of the camos I bought I wouldn't mind getting refunded, I could use the station cash back.
