NC Mattherson looking for outfit

I'm currently in an outfit, but I have never done anything with them and I have rarely seen more than one other person online.

Looking for an outfit that has good tactical sense and regularly does decently large offensive operations.

I'm not particularly good at front-line infantry work, though I am definitely improving (started actually getting kills in the past week, got my first vehicle kill today). For that reason, I'm generally a Medic (with a few Heavy Assault and Engineer specs as well). If I could find people to do vehicle stuff with, I would probably do a lot more of it.

I'd like to do things that require teamwork. Although I've had problems figuring out my squads' and platoons' instructions in the past, I think I've gotten to the point where I know what I'm being told to do.

If there's a clear, well-defined leadership structure (possibly along military lines), that's another plus. It's easier to know who's in charge when they have specific positions outside of the battlefield.
