GU13 New Esamir Is Great. New NC Pistol, Not So Much. NS-7 Gameplay On Esamir

GU13 is out and it is glorious. I also reinstalled the game to see if it fixed a performance issue that had plagued me for weeks/months, and it was fixed. Game runs great again and the New Esamir is so much fun and so well designed. This is my outfit and I's first alert on New Esamir as well as my first time on it in general.


I will be doing a much more in-depth review of the NS-7 PDW some time early next week, maybe over the weekend. For the NC, it is very similar to the AF-4 Cyclone, but the NS-7 is a tough nut to crack. In just looking at the stats, it has lower bullet bloom per shot and projectile speed as well as a lower 1st shot multiplier, all of which help it in medium range. The PDW has less max damage yet a slightly faster ROF, so it can still hold its own in close range, not to mention it has 5 more rounds than the AF-4. Biggest problem with the PDW is the balanced left/right recoil with sucks at med-long range. So after I have had time with it in actual fights, I can get a more solid understanding of its purpose.
