OBS Streaming Settings Overview, Tutorial, and Guide for PlanetSide 2

I've received a lot of requests for this video, so even though there are a handful of OBS guides out there, this is my take on an OBS settings overview and tutorial for streaming, primarily with regard to PlanetSide 2, though the suggestions made and settings shown in this video should apply to streaming anything and everything. If you have any specific questions/comments/feedback in general or about using capture cards or a dual PC streaming setup, please don't hesitate to ask in the comments or send me a private message.
