there's one somewhere that must've been done in '97 cause that's the year X-COM: Apocalypse was released and the graphics look similiar to that

I thought earlier PS was going to be run on an entirely different engine. I also heard they turned down the graphics, as you can see in the very early Ps shots the graphics look at lot more intense and VERY different.
