Log-In issues?

Can't log in with the latest update, apperently the same problem with everyone in my Outfit.

Log in and it freezes at 96% between launcher and character selection screens.

On the rare chance it gets to the character selection screen it freezes at "logging in" and doesn't actually change from the character selection screen.

Anyone else having this problem or have any solutions? Or should I just wait a hour or two for this to be hotfixed?

I'd recommend waiting an hour or tow because I dont' think the update is even fully applied. I tried logging in at 9:30PST when it says the patch had started and the servers hadn't even come down yet.

So for the time being we get to sit around and pretend we're not mortal enemies. :P

But yeah, 96% for me too. Same as last update, oh well. I shall do other things than shoot everyone posting above me!

I have even funnier problem on Miller.

When starting the game after downloading to 100% instead of char selection it offers to select freaking empire to play like I never played PS2 before

I select NC and it offer me to select the server and offers US server as recommended even though I live in Finland.

i can log into the character creation screen but i can't actually pick a server or create a new character. probably because my slots are full.

If you click on the "advanced tools" icon (looks like engineer icon ingame) in the bottom left corner of the launcher you can find server status. almost all servers are down at the moment. a few with low pop, but that is probably due to internal testing people. So that is why we cant log in, servers are still down.
looks like we just have to stare at eachother for a while longer :P

That's what I was posting about before I realized what has already been said here. Servers are still down. I briefly recall something like this happening to me with a past update as well. So rest assured our characters are safe.

Yea, happend to me in an old patch before someone told me to check server status.

Umm so i gave up last night after about 5 hour wait.. logged in now and the game has crashed 4 times in 20 minutes, and now it says server unavailable... interesting patch to say the least.
