Launchpad doesnt load and no Planetside exe

I installed the game yesterday and I had to close it but as I startet the game again with the launchpad ,because there wasnt any planetside.exe, the game didnt load, I looked into the task manager and it loads it for a few saconds but than it disappears out of the process.

it might be because the Launchpad.name hasn't anything i so if somebody could send the Launchpad.name i would be very happy

Maybe post in the technical section of the official forums, there's probably more chance of a useful response.

or, the old standby of uninstalling and reinstalling.

Personally I've never heard of any problem like this before.
