Anybody noticing bug with rockets?

At the least for me the deci as its what I use, it started with engi turrets, I'd shoot at them and they wouldn't die. Fine I thought maybe I misjudged every single shot for the last few days/weeks, so today I stayed in place to watch them land and sadly they just went right through the turret doing no damage to it or the engi.

Thats bad enough, but today I'm sure I've also noticed it happening with vehicles at times, not as often as with turrets but if you hit the edge they definitely seem to have a chance of just going through and doing no damage instead of actually hitting.

Has anybody else noticed this or at least sensed something is off with their rockets?

Everything is good on Connery at the moment.
