Yeah i know I saw a screenshot of a full locker but I dont know about the trunk.. Anyone have a screenshot or some idea concerning the trunk?

Yeah, In every freindly base you get a locker. They are mainly for storeing weapons in case the power to the base gets knocked out and you can't use the consoles or to store pilfiered enemy weapons you might want later. But what I haven't seen addressed is if you can store a change of armor in there so your not stuck in standard armor when your power goes out.

I believe it's been confirmed that armor is not a corperal inventory item, and cannot be stored in a locker or trunk.
A locker is like a bank account in Everquest: you can access your locker account from any locker, no matter how you own it. Bases, Towers, Hacked enemy locker, it's all the same, plus they don't require power, good if your generator is down. And no, if you hack an enemy locker, you don't have access to theirs.
