It's the headphone hardware. One of the speakers keeps on screwing up and I need to move the cord around

Yeah, soon you will have to put Celo tape on it to keep it that way, And not move your head at all...And...Oh man.....get a new head set before its to late..

Oh no!!! That is the exact same thing that happened to my last Plantronics headset and I just bought my second one. I guess it will happen to this one now.

I've only had my new headset a week and as long as it doesn't break like the last one, it is worth every penny. The sound is amazing and the mic is very nice. Hopefully it will hold up a little longer than the last one did.
