1 big server or.......?!

So, will this game me 1 massive server. Not like 2/3. I understand there will be worlds n that.. But all I wanna know is will it be 1 massive server, not like 3/4 or whatever....

Anyone can play on any server, it's just a matter of how far you want your information travelling around the world. (The Farther away, the more laggy it is)
