I've just recovered from a nasty Trojan Horse.
kdll.dll, not sure how I got it, prevented my PC from recognizing the C (main) drive in 3 out of every 4 startups. We managed to install Norton, it found it, kdll.dll has been nuked. That explains my recent inactivity on these boards.

The gun katas. Through analysis of thousands of recorded gunfights, the Cleric has determined that the geometric distribution of antagonists in any gun battle is a statistically predictable element. The gun kata treats the gun as a total weapon, each fluid position representing a maximum kill zone, inflicting maximum damage on the maximum number of opponents while keeping the defender clear of the statistically traditional trajectories of return fire. By the rote mastery of this art, your firing efficiency will rise by no less than 120%. The difference of a 63% increase to lethal proficiency makes the master of the gun katas an adversary not to be taken lightly. |

Damn it! It's still there! Norton could not find it, and my dad is format-happy.
I will probably have to run the PS beta on this (my dad's PC). Oh well, it's got 512 RAM. (Also has 1800 MHZ but I'm not sure about the graphics card.)

I once had two variations of the Klez worm on an old computer... 384 FREAKING COPIES of them!!! My dad NEVER updates his software (including anti-virus). Needless to say, we had to reformat, and now I monitor all the family's computer issues.
