Accurate Cert Calculator

I have been using the cert calc at this address http://www.planetside.info/nuke/modu...page=1&index=1 But has stopped working. It says the bandwithd limit is exceeded. Does anybody know of a good cert calc us not-betaenlightened people can drool over? Thanks in advance.
