Three types:
Plasma - Big blast, relatively minor damage, advantage of setting units (stealthers) on fire and doing damage over time. Frag - Smaller blast, big damage if you get a direct hit. Jammer - Disables all implants in a big radius. Destroys landmines. Disables all deployables (turrets etc) for a reasonable duration). There are two modes of fire for grenades (you switch between by right-clicking): Mode 1 - Grenade detonates on impact. Mode 2 - Grenade has a 3 second fuse, starting from when the grenade leaves your hand. Good for bouncing the grenade around corners. To equip a grenade, you need to put it in a pistol slow, draw it, and then use it. Grenades of the same type are automatically drawn from inventory once the one equipped is thrown, until your grenade supply is depleted. |
