I just realized this yesterday & I wanted some opinions.. My acceptance email was for the open beta, I filled out my address information yada yada..
But when I log into the beta site it says welcome to exclusive beta. What I'm wondering is this just what everyone sees or did I somehow get shafted & won't be getting discs because it thinks I'm actually part of the exclusive beta & not open?

no.. I'm assuming it comes with the beta cds??

I was going to say, you could just download it if you have your key... but I suppose that's pretty stupid since everyone would be doing that instead of waiting around for a piece of plastic to arrive, heh

Yeah I'd assume so. Altho that makes me worry a tad less Vash knowing that you're in beta and still don't have access to the beta site. No offense to SOE but they really handled this beta haphazardly in reguards to mailings and site access to those who should have it.

Yeah, I woudlnt take anything the beta site tells you seriously. It's been telling me I'm "Not A Beta Member" since the end of last month when I got in.
I've sent them several emails, but havent gotten any help yet.

Of course, that doesnt stop me for playing 5 hours a night

True enough, thanks Vash, s'pose I'll see in about 4 hours when the mail comes. Think I'll go get some breakfast now and dream about booting up the beta hopefully at some point today. That is if it comes and it doesn't take me 20 hours to download the patch. heh

And hopefully if you do get your CD's, the patch server wont be as clogged as it was when the patch was first posted. It took me longer to get the 200-whatever mb patch than it did to download the whole game

I'm pretty positive it will be today, if not hell whats one more day I can deal. What faction are you playing for, once I do get it and all set up patch wise I'm going to need someone to teach me the ropes.
