question about specs

I was recently playing a trial version of ac2 and it was extremely choppy i mentioned my everything about my computer to a guy which btw i have a radeon 9000 pro, 1.4Ghz and 256MB RAM and he said chances are i don't have good enough RAM. Well im expecting that if i my comp runs bad on ac2 won't it run terrible on ps?

Possibly. Ram is important in this game. I would never play with less than 512 DDR. Post in the tech forum and see what they have to say.
