Launchpad issue: Please come and see if you can help me!

Ok, I have 2 hard drives. I got in on exclusive beta and downloaded the game, and when i downloaded it, i put it on my slave hard drive, completely different place than where the station files are.
But now my slave hard drive is getting really whacky and i want to play it off the master so that if my slave blows up i don't loose the game. So, I copied all the files to my master. But now, when I run the PS launcher (which is on the master HD as it always has been, i didn't move that), it thinks that it needs to re-download the game completely, and when it tries to do that, it downloads it to the original directory on the slave HD. How can i get it to recognize that I moved the game! Please help!!
