Chat room isn't always moderated, usually full of spammers. Only use I find for it is if it is moderated or to check the number of people. As a guide, 600+ means nobody gets on the server. If the number is about 100-150, then its definitely up.

there runnin 3 servers now although the main server is down and that had my main character

i tried out the NC on another server and boy do there weapons sucks
