Game is even fun for the New Peeps

Ok,

I'm not necessarily a Newbie, but I'm not quite the veteran of PS yet. I can handle my own, I understand the lingo, but am prone to make some pretty funny mistakes.

now couple this with me leading a squad of complete new players (some RL friends and other strangers I grabbed in Sanct). I'm currently BR8 (just a half bub from 9) and last night, I traded in some certs to get galaxy certified.

Grabbed my friends, some light infantry, some nekkid with suppressor, another was a max and we headed out.

Please Please tell me some folks saw us on Ishlur or Searhus last night? I swear it was the funniest stuff. We actually captured Ngaru, but some of the best stuff was our futile effort on Akkon last night, and my lovely landing near murdok.

I'm a first time flyer and am quite wobbley and those trees just jump for your wings. I'm just glad I had hot dropped my team already.

So, while we're attempting to take akkon, I'm collecting respawned peeps at murduk base. well, i kinda missed my landing and my gunner and i did a nice little nose dive.

All told, I went through 5 Galaxies last night, 1 to piss poor flyin' the rest were shot down.

But we had a lot of fun.

I saw you all over the crater. Last night was a lot of ups and downs for my squad, alternately taking and handing out severe beatings. The worst part of the whole deal tho was trying to get a squad put together out of the random asshairs roaming the sanctuary.

You know, the most annoying thing about putting together a pickup squad is that while you are doing it, most of the people you've already picked up are chomping at the bit and banging you around to get moving. From now on, patience is going to be a prereq for joining any squad that I'm in.

I was opposing you on Searhus. I was playing on the same continent on two servers that night and I don't remember whether I saw you on Citrine (vs) or Beryl (nc), but either way my name was Harmfool. I'm fairly certain it was Beryl, because I seem to remember following your squad into the base my group was defending as a cloaker. On Citrine I'm an AMS trucker / Reif.

Ah!! It was Beryl, I remember you!! I got you twice (thanks to DarkVision Implant). And those nades (or whatever you were doing) you tossed at me hurt!!!

The door alerted me to your presence the first time. The second time, you got a squad mate as I returned, i flipped darklight on and saw u in the corner.

Man those were some intense fire fights in general for those bases. Then y'all got that vanguard in... ughh...
