Is Planetside up yet?

I am at work and can't check the official site and am wondering if I have goodness waiting for me at home. So, if some friendly soul could drop a line as to the status of the servers, I and my fellow beta people stuck at work would greatly appreciate!!!

You will probably come home to a patch to download, and yes the servers are down.

The patch...what you downloaded, my man, was the false patch which wasn't exactly ready for release. I believe.

Well that is just super, lol. Oh well. I just checked another thread and it says they need some higher ups to show up at SOE to fix some data, so that looks like, at the very least, about 07:00-09:00 PST
