the script up at the top right is the quote database.
you can submit quotes and the staff can look over them and accept the quote if they like it. just in case you didnt know that btw. reason a lot of them are against Vanu is cause, well its just so easy to laugh and make jokes about em  http://www.planetside-universe.com/quotes/ |

well, the devs said (a long time ago) that the vanu were panzies, so they are, so all must give them a hard time

The reason ppl are hating the vanu is because they dont understand them, and they are envious of their advanced technology. And what ppl dont understand, they naturally begin fearing, and gradually that fear turns into hate...
