Well, you'll need some hacking certs along with wraith and infiltrator certs to get there unseen. And don't forget the other 1000 things that could happen such as running into a MAX w/ Darklight!

Well, technically one doesnt need a hacking cert to hack.

Hacking Cert just makes it go faster.

Lies. To hack vehicles you need the cert. Same for terminals. You can only hack CCs with the standard REK with no certs.

You can hack door locks with basic hacking, as well.
So as long as you have a REK, you can get into and cap a base.
