I got my beta a little while and this is what happens: The PlanetsideInstaller.exe freezes everytime, all i see is Now Loading... and the bar dosent even move. I have to Ctrl Alt Del and end task. Zatrais was trying to help me out and he suggested that i turn off my nortan anti virus thing so I did that and it still didnt work. Then he told me to d/l the launcher directly from the site so i did that but then when i tried to use it but it froze there to, this time only showing me a grey block. I tried running launchpad through the run program but then it worked until it fininishes scanning files and then freezes again. Anyone have any ideas at all please post or am i just screwed?

It may be having an issue connecting to the install site (since when you download the installer it downloads the launchpad which downloads the game
 ). I suggest trying again in 24 hours and see if that does it. Also make sure you have no firewall settings blocking it.
