Grief decay??

I am the lucky owner of a smaller brother who begged me to get to play planetside on my computer...

Then one day i had to do the dishes, and i was waiting for a base capture, so i thougth, what the hell, let the little barstard play for those laosy 15 minutes...

And he did... He did it so well, he actually got me from 90 grief points, to 1300...

So now i am the lucky owner of a beta account that gets weapons lock every time i hit a friendly (happens alot... im a sucker for the rocklet)...

Does any1 know how fast is the decay rate of them grief points?

I would sure like to know, coz playing with a lock over 70% of the time is unbareable...

Don't know about what the grief decay rate is, but just stop using dam AV guns for a while or just get in a squad as a pilot or something and camp around for hacks until it lowers enough. Just my thoughts on your probelms.

The problem is that is suck as a hacker, i suck with the normal weapons (ie. cycler, guass and pulsar) i cant play well with the heavy weapons, and i cant use the sniper worth a damn ****.

BUT I RULE THE WORLD WITH TEH 1337 ROCKLET!!!

Rigth now i am experimentin with grief decay and such... everytime i log in or off, i will note the time of day, the date, and the amount of grief...

My experiences so far tell me that it decays about 100 in a day when at 1300... Migth be me remembering wrong though, so im getting it confirmed...

i think it decays pretty fast , i had 90 grief points once and in about 1 day i was at 0 (which i think is prety fast , im pretty sure its faster than 1 day though)

i THINK it only decays when your online, or at least decays faster, not really sure tho. but if so my suggestion would be to find a nice quite spot at the sanc, save your keybinds, then unbind everything and leave it on for the night. (hopefully your little bro will get discouraged when nothing happens when he hits the keys and do something else.) Also, never, ever let anyone play a game with your name unless your standing over their shoulder watching, some people that don't play games much think it's funny to shoot teamates.

i have found that it decays much slower when im online... migth just be that if im not online, im asleep, and the time flies

If I remember correctly it's 144 points/day.
Go read the patch logs, it should be there.
