Pre-Order

Hello, I was just browsing the web looking at the possibility of pre-ordering, so that I could have it sooner (I'm on Victoria Island, BC, Canada) than waiting for the store to have it.

I came upon a store that seems to offer it cheaper than all the others ($42.99):

Now, I was wondering 2 things. Do you guys know if gogamer.com is reliable, and usually, do you get the game earlier than game stores by pre-ordering or is it about the same time?
