We implemented a new crash logging system in this small patch. If your system drops to desktop during play, a file will be generated called "planetside_crash.log".

We are asking for you to send us that file each time you get a crash. The email address is listed inside that logfile (in case you forget it later), but is also listed here for reference.

Please send any crash log emails (with the "planetside_crash.log" file attached) to [email protected].

Thanks! The logs we get from you will help us quickly hone in on the crashes so we can eradicate them from your gameplay.

Ya i was wondering when they were gonna do this, the past betas ive done have had a little window pop up to auto send the log file on request, this is great though, ill be sendin mine in if I crash tonight, the randomness of these CTDs is weird though, I first thought it was something about heavy battles, but it's happened just standing around. oh well this = good.

If you beta test, please send in those logs

Ya, send those in, I can say I'll be sendin a lot. Hate the CTD as it plagued me from day one and made me quit PS pretty much from not being able to play, but if this can help smash this problem then I gonna start playing PS again!
