Man, this is one of the longest times I have ever seen for them to get a patch up. Wonder whats going on.

Maybe the character wipe is happening and and its taking a long time to purge the servers. Then again that is just a guess.

They where up for like 2 seconds, now they are down again, with no ETA

Yeah, the first one took so long because grief wasn't working (as in, at all). One of the guys on the beta forum said that when he got in game for those couple of minutes, that he had unlimited jumpjets on his VS max, so that may be part of the problem.
