How do I DL Patch if... NEED HELP

My patcher hasn't worked from day one! The only way I can open up PS is by opening the planetside.exe file in the sony/planetside folder. The patcher only works once and install then craps out and never works again! I need to DL patch before I can play but don't want to reinstall to get it. Anyone know another way I can DL the newest patch???

Did you lose the shortcut?

Create a new shortcut on your desktop to

"C:\Program Files\Sony\Station\LaunchPad\LaunchPad.exe" /game: planetside

(take out the space between game: and planetside

Edit: You can always click "Disable smileys" and not have to add a space

Thanks for trying to help Hamma but this "C:\Program Files\Sony\Station\LaunchPad\LaunchPad.exe" /game: planetside
is the problem. Everytime I open this file either from going in the sony folder or clicking on the shortcut on the desktop up pops the error box. So basically everytime a new patch comes out I have to reinstall PS to DL the patch. Basically I can't use the patcher but I can open up this "C:\Program Files\Sony\PlanetSide\planetside.exe", however, it won't DL the patch in this program but if I have the newest patch I can play with this.

I just reinstalled PS though so I will be able to play in abour 20 min. Lol well until the next patch comes of couse.
