Exstreme newbie question.

I have just downloaded the beta and tried some wepons and vehichles in the VR-environment. I am now BR3.

How the (/&/%� do I spend my cert points? I have looked through the help, searched all the keybindings and asked around in PS (where nowone answers anyway), and I have found NOTHING! Please help me with this and tell me wich keybinding or menu that handles certpoints.

Go to a cert terminal. They are located in the hart building.

Go into a hart building and use the cert terminal there

They're also in some of the bases on the continents. I know Bio Labs have them on the lowest floor.
