some changes for hamma =p

for certs,
1) Add in a line at the top about what you start with
2) Weapons--add a line saying you start w/standard assault(under the weapon description, not the cert description)
3) pre-reqs, if known, add in any info you are sure will have pre-reqs... (Special assult cert, will it require heavy assault? medium assault?... does adv. hacking require hacking? combat enginiring require repair?)
4) Under armors page you dont have Standard/Light armor listed

Like I said in the other thread we dont know enough about prereqs to start adding them at this point. As they will most certainly change.

As for armors, I have been meaning to update that page, may have some time now that we have taken on some new staff.

I will tweak the cert page a bit sometime today.
