Beta still allowing players?

I just downloaded the beta and i have a few noob question's about it ^^

1) So close to the release can i still get IN the beta?
2) I saw somewhere that they don't allow european players, but i can't seem to find the thread again ^_-, i'm from Belgium so ...:x (yes its a country in europe ^^)
3) is it certain that we must pay 13$ (or so) every month or can that price go any lower?

Thanks for your attention, plz answer my questions cuz i allready downloaded the beta and it would be a shame to delete it

1) Yes you still can get in the Beta
2) I play with my mates from other FPSers and they from USA,UK and all over Europe (works fine

)
3) I am unsure about the price, unsure if an amount has been offical agreed, but i do here if you pay in advance you maybe get discount
