There are no feedback forums on the official Planetside website? In fact when someone tried to post feedback on one of the "Official" forum boards, Sporkfire told him this "If you would like to comment on gameplay and game mechanics please send email to [email protected]".
So, does that mean that the only way the DEV team is going to take feedback from the PS comunity is through Email? I know there was a lot of critisism floating around on the Beta boards the last week on the topics of Gameplay and Balance. Is SOE afraid to put up a feedback board because it may scare off potential customers? |

Much of the feedback on the beta boards was people blowing things out of proportion. Because everyone on the boards was playing the game though, that wasn't a big deal. You could just hop in game and see what was up for yourself. But without that luxury, I can see them wanting to keep a handle on people's criticisms for people who haven't had a chance to play and see that much of the complaining was personal preference, not really problems.

I dont blame em at all.. recent history has shown that with any game with rpg elements that official "discussion" forums just become a ranting group for whatever "template of the month" is now feeling disenfranchised.
Theres plenty of good discussion forums like these around. |
