Can't install

I was in the beta, so I uninstalled the beta version, deleted the registry entries, and deleted the directory.

When I install the new version, I only get the option to modify, repair or remove. None work! Help!

Well, Sony support got me fixed. Went online and chatted and they helped me out after a long wait to get in. Just wanted to post the fix in case anyone ran into the same problem I did:

Go into your "program files" directory
Look for a dir called "InstallShield Installation Information"
open it up and sort the directories in there by modified date
each directory there has a file called setup.ini with the program name in it. Find the one that says planetside, and delete that whole directory. It will start with a { and a bunch of letters.
