Uninstalling the beta

I know, I know, I don't HAVE to uninstall the beta before installing the retail version, but I WANT to. What would be the BEST way to uninstall the beta?

Well, call it 6+ years beta testing expirience...or "Spider-sense", or just plain not liking something installed on my system that can't be uninstalled via normal channels (Add/Remove Programs, etc.). I REALLY should be wiping my test platform, but I'm being lazy.
