Experience Bug

Ever since the servers went down yesterday because of overcrowdedness or something, the experience system, other than the base capture experience, has been royally f***ed up. Everytime you come to any type of terminal, the game assumes that you havent seen it before and gives you an information caption and the Planetside Icon above it. Not to mention that all experince for weapons and vehicle training has suddenly dissapeared. Does any1 know what's going on or when it'll be fixed?
