56k questions...

I have 56k and broadband isnt available in my area...so Im wondering how this game plays w/56k lag wise...I played UT2k3 and that was horrible(couldnt get a ping below 250...and it was pretty unplayable w/that bad a ping)..

my PC specs are

p4 2.4 533fsb
512mbs of 2700 ddr ram
60gb 5400rpm hd
ati 9000 pro 128mb graphics card

Any help would be appreciated

i would also like a answer to this question because i am also wondering what the game is like on 56k? if anyone has already done so please reply.

It might be slighlty better, cause the servers are being hosted on such amazing servers, if you have a good comp. It should be alright, maybe a few lag spikes everyonce and a while.
But bad comp + 56k = terrible lag

i played t1 t2 and my comp is fine but i lag a lot some days it is ok others it is not i am changeing my networking seting so i ping beter i get sick of doing that and where i live i cant get any tihng but 56k do you have 56k?
do you like it?
i liek to know if 56k works or not i do not want to go buy this game and pay ever months for nothing

The game is very 56k playable, if you have a top notch comp, it shouldent be that bad. But dont expcect to get the smoothest gameplay from 56k.

The servers are generally run on very fast servers and are pretty much lag free, sept emerald.
