Well talked to a CSR today. Got my account reactivated. Here's the transcript of it for those that have been following my plight.

CSR Chad T.: Ok David I will be able to assist you with this can I just have you enter in what your station name is so that I can look up your account?

CSR Chad T.: One moment please. Thank you.
CSR Chad T.: Ok David it is showing that the account was not suspended but was banned.
David: I got an email saying the account was not banned but suspended for 7 days
David: that is the only thing i've been told about it
David: I only got that email because I sent one to support asking why it showed up as my account was banned
David: The CSR specifically says my account was not banned, but suspended for 7days, I can cut and paste it from the email if you want
CSR Chad T.: Who was that e-mail from?

David: That is cut and paste from teh email
CSR Chad T.: One moment please. Thank you.
CSR Chad T.: Ok it will be just a moment I am just trying to find out why the account was banned
David: message board violation
David: I dont' know what I violated though, i never got an email explaining what I did
CSR Chad T.: Ok David we will have the banning removed and I was told that there were warnings made on the posts that you made and e-mail sent to you. I was also told that you can go back to the message boards but if there is any more problems with any posts the account will be banned again.
David: Ok, but in my defense, I recieved no warnings and no emails
David: in fact, there was a several page long thread of people wondering why I got banned
CSR Chad T.: Like I said that is what I was told but we are going to go ahead and have that account banning removed
CSR Chad T.: Ok David, Is there anything else I can help you with today?
David: Yes, is there anyone I can email and find out more about why this happned? I'm really curious about it
CSR Chad T.: One moment please. Thank you.
CSR Chad T.: Ok I do not have an e-mail address for you to contact regarding this other then the [email protected] e-mail address.
David: Ok, I'll see what I can find out. Thank you for your time

Atleast I'm able to play again. Got about a week before I have to leave for texas.

Egads! Consider when someone wants someone to get in trouble for harrassment and other things. SOE will give the harrasser a cookie and ban the person who sent that to sony. sometimes logic is destroyed. We need more Vulcans running SOE. MrVulcan, report to San Diego.
