Help with pr0n

Ok ive got 2 questions that would greatly help my pr0n enjoyment.

1. Im downloading some videos on Kazaa and playing them with Kazaa and windows media player. On both players i can get sound but not image. From my limited computer knowledge i believe im missing a codec (compression/decompression device). Specifically codec Div4. Where do i download this codec? Once ive downloaded it where do i put the file so windows media player will recognize it?

2. When i click on a thumbnail picture to get the full picture sometimes (like 90%) of the time after the full picture is loaded onto the screen it shrinks. If i run my mouse over the picture a small box appears in the bottom right of the picture and if i click it the picture re-enlarges. How do i adjust my settings to keep the pics from shrinking?
