Account key help!

i need help to get planetside to work. it tells me to enter the account key but all i see on the inside back of the box is the Planetside Key Code. I enter that in correctly but it dosnt work. Is there another code located somwhere else on the box or is there a special way to wrie down the code with spaces and etc
