yeah since that last patch i have been getting complete freezes, but im able to hit windows and control alt delete.. still a very unpleasant task, but... today was mighty scary i must say. this has never happened b4.
k im flying along in my reaver and i take out a galaxy, sweep down to a tower and all of a sudden boom freeze. im mad so i push windows. nohting happens, keep pusying it still nothhing. i control alt delete nothing. heres wut really made me mad, i push the power button on my comp and NOTHING HAPPENS! i had to unplug the entire system to get it off. easy to say im not too happy. sony please fix this, its irritating to be in the middle of a dogfight and get disc. |

I sure as hell hope those moron programmers didn't get an ounce of sleep this weekend. I can understand certain things, but not FREAKING GAME LOCKUPS. I didn't pay $100.00 for this game+subscription to have to hit my gd reset key every hour. Totally unacceptable...zero excuse for this.

My Alienware P4 2.8 Ghz 1gig DDRAM Radeon9700 SB Audigy 120gig HD computer freezes after 2-10 minutes of playing PlanetSide. I can grab any new game off the shelf, pop it into my PC, and play with full bells and whistles... except PS.
Dont think youll get sympathy from me for crashing every hour. Id kill to be in your shoes. No... id just kill a SOE programer. |

To force it off, you have to press the power button and hold it in for 7 seconds or so. Hard locks happen sometimes. It is only after it happens with some sort of regularity when you can consider it a bug. And since the OS crashed, it may not be a sony issue. |
