ok on 30th i ordered PS from the site (planetside.com) and they said its gonna come in 1 week...ok i wait 1 week....its not coming...i wait i wait i wait....its not coming....now im sick of waiting and i call UPS and well they say they cant ship it here cuz some gay asshole from SOE wrote only 2 things on the package:
city and a wrong phone number (just worte some numbers).....gay motherfucker.....

You blame a whole company because one guy in shipping messed up the package? Now since every package i've ever recieved via a large corporation through mail had a printed label it could have conceivable any one of many things but here are the three most common.

1) You fucked up when you placed the order? I'm not saying you did but it's a possibility.

2) A glitch in the system? Eventualy law of probability states that something will go wrong, i dont know who handles sony's distributing via mailorder, (i doubt it's them) but i'd wager they handle thousands of packages a day. Just think of it as taking one for the team.

3) The printer didnt print the label completely? This is quite possibly the answer either some employee was trying to correct it with what little info he had.

The fact: Bitching here does no good. You have a greater, albeit still tiny chance of getting gameplay issues fixed here then bitching about their marketing. Smokejumper might, emphasize might, check here. Greg from shipping almost assuredly does not.

But fear not gentle reader, i shall provide you a solution. Call Sony customer support, tell them that you have not recieved your package and you whould like a refund. This will take time and effort on your part, be adament keep going through managers till you get what you want. Eventualy they will send you your refund, you have a couple options at this point, call UPS (or whoever) and get the damn thing corrected and delivered, end process. Alternatively you can do that, then take your refund money go buy a new compy so you have it right away, do the above and then keep the copy when it gets there, if sony ever puts it on your bill again (unlikely) fight them to the hilt on it, end of story.

well if they cant handle 1000 of packages each day they shouldnt have made the company.....now...why would exactly MY package get lost??...well probably operator error....anyway i called ups a few min back and now they say the package is in UK....hope that this newbie who wrote only the city and a completely wrong number gets fired....must be a delivery guy.....
