Spawning

First, how will vehicles be spawned? I heard that if someone has the cert they can spawn the vehicle. If this is true does it have to be in a certain area like a friend;y base or something. And when someone dies and respawns will their equipment be lost or will it just be on after?

vehicles can be spawned for free (if you have the certification for said vehicle) at bases that have vehicles stations.

when you die, you drop all the items you were carrying

How and where do you get your items back then?

All equipment except vehicles you can get back at an equipment terminal (not sure about name) at any time. For vehicles there is a time limit before you can get another one.

Think Tribes. You start off in your base and get all your equipement needs filled there as well as any vehicle you want (if there is a v-pad in the base).

I think it is actually called "Equipment Terminal" hehe

As for spawning vehicles and such, there are 2 vehicle type pads, one for Ground vehicles and one for Air Vehicles. When you visit the terminal only the vechicles that you are certified for show up on the list.

Note: not all bases have air vehicle stations.
