I'm almost 6 feet, 15, and my feet are size 12.
This is bad. During rowing, the shoes are tied to the boat, The problem is that these are also size 12. If I grow anymore, there could be consequences.

Think of it this way... If she likes you as a friend, then thats that. You can try to change stuff but that'd involve quite a bit of effort. She'd also have to know your intentions. You don't necessarily have to "ask her out" (where I come from thats like, asking if it's OK for you to be their boyfriend, you know, that junior high approach to things, I guess it never died down into highschool) maybe arrange a movie or something, perhaps with other friends including her the first time, and work your way up to a "just the two of you" movie. There are a bunch of webpages out there that have these indepth descriptions of what girls might do around you if they like you. Usually those are bogus though, so don't rely on them. You can always just treat her as a friend yourself if you don't think she's ready for a relationship with you though. More often than not, good friendships between a guy and a girl will turn into something more than just friendship.
Either way though, it'd probably be best to just tell her how you feel, if she rejects you, it isn't the end of the world. At least you would be able to move on rather than not telling her. Believe me, it happened to me once, I didn't say anything, waited for her to make a move, which didn't happen, and though I got over her, it took a long time for me to even get enough courage to talk to her again. Lots of girls like persistant guys though. Not in such a way that you never let her out of your sight, but not giving up after first rejection. Hope that helps.

Oy. I've been in this sitation before.
Hokay, if you don't do anything, chances are you'll obsess over her and be generally depressed because you aren't getting anywhere. If you DO tell her, there are a lot of things that can happen, not all of them are good. I've gotten girlfriends this way, I've also lost friends completely this way. Point is, if you don't tell her, you'll almost certainly be depressed over it, if you do tell her, you've at least got a shot.
