there was an idea a while back to make the galaxy do this.

Say you have a galaxy its empty from either people droping or never being loaded in the firstplace. The gall pilot takes it up to a hight of 300m and hits 'j' at this point the gal gets a cloak buble and the drive gets out of his cabin and into the interior of his gal that has a spawntube and equip terminal, to get out one just has to got to the back of the gal and hit g on a circle to Hot drop out the back and into the fray.

The pilot of this gal will always be matrixed and have the option on hitting 'J' (as an infanty man) to reconstruct back there. To get moving again he just has to do that and go to the front of the cargo area-turned-spawn to the door that leads to the cockpit and hit g to get back in it and undeploy.

Now something like this would not be that unbalanced becuae the max height for deploying is 300m and all of the hot dropers would give it away.
