Sorry if I upset anyone..I just was remembering how anxious I was awaiting Halo for the PC for it's wonderful team play, and then was let down. So I cut and pasted one of the press releases from back then and changed "Halo" to "Planetside". Evil I know..sorry.

Planetside is gonna show M$ how it's supposed to be done!

Their inferior Products and Crappy Tech Support has Kept me at 100k a year for near 9 years now!

Stupid XP was the worst thing to happen to people like me as long as Folks are willing to buy newer HW... Sucks, run's like a fish!

I HATE iT!

(Still use it on a computer I play games on, surf, and do High level computer Guy crap on that I also reboot about once a month because that's all it takes!)

But on Thread subject, gotta admit my throat got tight for a second there... Thank Gawd that was just a joke

XP has, had, or haven't found yet, so many security holes in the thing it looks like swiss cheese. MS has come out with so many security patches for XP the thing looks more like a hand made quilt. Man that was a bad joke. Wish I had thought to do it. Seriously, I about craped my pants when the same thing really happened to HALO. I'm still waiting on that game to come back to it's rightfull home, the PC.

They are in direct opposition to each other, and would never sell out to either, in any way, shape, or form, except for a merger which would most likely be blocked by the Federal Government if they ever attempted it anyhow.

Wasn't HALO originealy meant to be a MMOFPS? I vaugely remember reading something about it in PC Gamer a long time ago.

Possibly, but either way, it was never Sony owned.

Bunge or how ever you spell it were the developers of HALO and they sold out to MS.
